What should I bring to my initial consultation appointment?

Please bring any relevant documentation to your first appointment, so Tina can get a good idea of the status of your case. For example, if you are filing for bankruptcy, please bring a list of your outstanding creditors, your current income information, and any other paperwork that could have a bearing on your case. For criminal charges, divorce, or custody cases, bring any legal paperwork that you may have received. Names and addresses of other involved parties are also helpful. And for wills, powers or attorney, or living wills, bring a list of items you wish to disperse and the names/addresses of those you wish to empower.
